Hospital Closures Put Pressure On Our NHS AND Social Care!

With the Closure of Our cottage Hospitals, Patrick Stead-Halesworth, Southwold & Reydon-Southwold, Beccles Minor injuries unit, Lowestoft Hospital-Lowestoft and Greyfriars walk in Centre - Great Yarmouth, two GP practices have closed in Lowestoft, Health and Social Care services have never been under such strain in Waveney!

The Tory government are taking away vital Services and support for some of the most vulnerable people in society, it has never been more important to elect Labour Candidates to protect our public services and support those vulnerable individuals in greatest need.

Labour will support local communities like ours in Waveney, encourage businesses and industry to locate to the poorest parts of our region, moving wealth from London, and ensuring communities throughout Waveney have the opportunity to share in the growth and prosperity of our economy.

Small and Medium Enterises, the self employed have recently been hit by an increase to their National insurance contributions, this at a time when this group are driving and improving our economy.

The poorest, the sick and disabled. Families on tax credits, Pensioners, and now SME's the group that are assisting our economy to grow, are ALL being made to pay for the Banks and Bankers mishandling of our country's money, while the richest in our country get tax breaks!

Under Labour, The. richest will have their tax breaks reversed, and big businesses that have avoided or evaded paying their fair share in taxes, will be compelled to take a more responsible and equitable attitude and pay their fair share.

The present Tory Government are undermining and underfunding our public services, Hospitals, Social Care, Schools, Libraries, Labour will stop this and invest in the fabric of our society.  #GetTheToriesOut!

There is also the question of privateisation. For example diagnostic procedures eg ultrasounds are being contracted out to private companies at what cost to the NHS?
